Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel a service you have booked with us. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following cancellation terms.

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel a booked service by contacting us via email or phone before the service has been fully delivered. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.

2. Cancellation Charges

Depending on the timing of your cancellation:

  • No charge if cancelled more than 24 hours before the service start time.
  • 50% service fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the service start time.
  • No refund once the service has been started or fully delivered.
3. Service Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, unavailability of staff, or safety concerns. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Refunds on Cancellation

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
